My Journey

Hello, I'm Zach—an experienced Instructional Designer and eLearning Specialist passionate about creating engaging learning experiences. My journey began with a managerial role, leading me to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and eventually earning a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.

Throughout my career, I've taken on various roles that enhanced my skills in developing courses, analyzing learning needs, and implementing effective strategies. At Sheetz, I led the development of the curriculum for petroleum delivery drivers. At Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine, I collaborated with professors to design interactive learning activities that reinforced learning objectives and improved student engagement.

My leadership skills were further developed at K&L Gates, where I led multicultural teams across global offices and improved training materials to enhance performance and efficiency. Most recently at Trillion Health & Hormone, I led learning strategy for a healthcare organization focused on improving patient access and experience—building compliant training programs that supported over 100% patient growth while scaling the team by 30%.

My technical proficiency spans across Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, and various Learning Management Systems (LMS). I'm also passionate about leveraging AI to enhance learning experiences, build intelligence models, and develop strategies to protect organizational knowledge.
