My career has taken me from developing training curricula at Sheetz, Inc. to designing interactive medical education at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine, and leading global training initiatives at K&L Gates. Most recently, I led learning strategy for a growing healthcare organization focused on improving patient access and experience—driving training initiatives that supported 100%+ patient growth while scaling the team by 30%.
